Pets are not allowed inside the cruiser vessel M.V. Matsyakanya Cruise
First come first serve basis, only 30 cars can be parked inside the Fee parking area of the park.
Vivada will reserve the rights to board on M.V. Matsyakanya Cruise
Child Policy:
Child below 8 year - 50% chargeable
Child below 3 years - complimentary
Cancellation Policy :
No refund on confirmed bookings. Vessel sailing dates may be withdrawn at any time due to Govt. Requirement or emergencies beyond the control of the ¨Company¨ with or without prior notice.In that case full advance money will be refunded by the ¨Company¨ without any compensation to the ¨User¨. Carrier may for any reason at any time and without prior notice, cancel (if not filled at least upto 6 passenger),
Postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing or any activity on or off the Vessel, or substitute another vessel.

- We shall confirm you the sailing, 10 days prior to the sailing date. Under low participation in a particular sailing date or any technical issue, the company may cancel a sailing date prior to the date of commencement.
